According to researchers, chocolate contains nutrients such as flavonoids, methyl xanthine, polyphenols, and stearic acid, which can reduce inflammation and increase cholesterol. Also read-eating this food will make your heart grateful. Previous studies have linked cocoa intake to a reduced risk of heart attack and stroke and the risk of death from cardiovascular disease. Experts provide credits for flavonoids found in chocolate (and red wine), which they believe will help lower blood pressure and improve vascular function (i.e., blood effectively distributes oxygen and nutrients throughout the body and How effectively the waste is discharged). However, the new study did not examine the size of the portions tasted by the subjects or the type of chocolate (dark chocolate or milk chocolate). Dark chocolate in particular is associated with numerous health benefits. However, nutrition experts say it should be taken in moderation as part of a balanced diet. The health benefits of dark chocolate
Dark chocolate contains more cocoa solids than milk chocolate. And more cocoa means more flavonoids, which can provide some health benefits. Compared to milk chocolate, dark chocolate has much less sugar content, fewer calories and 4 times more fiber. Dark chocolate is also a good source of minerals such as iron, magnesium and zinc. The proven health benefits of dark chocolate are:
In a 2010 study, hypertensive patients reported lowering their blood pressure after eating dark chocolate or other flavanol-rich cocoa for two weeks. Flavanols in dark chocolate stimulate the lining of the arteries, producing nitric oxide (NO), which dilates or widens blood vessels. This helps improve blood flow and lower blood pressure. A 2015 study looked at the effects of chocolate consumption in patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension. Participants who ate 25 grams of dark chocolate daily for 8 weeks had significantly lower blood pressure than the group who ate the same amount of white chocolate. Increases good cholesterol levels
Compounds such as polyphenols and theobromine in dark chocolate may lower the level of low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol or “bad cholesterol” in the body and increase high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol or “good cholesterol”. A 2017 study found that eating dark chocolate for 15 days increased HDL cholesterol levels in HIV patients. Protects skin from sun damage
Eating dark chocolate is also good for your skin. Studies show that cocoa flavanols can improve blood flow to the skin, protect the skin from sun damage, and increase skin density and hydration. Improve brain function
In one study, participants who ate goflavanol cocoa for 5 days improved blood flow to the brain. Researchers also suggest that cocoa may help improve cognitive function in older people with mental disorders. In addition, cocoa contains stimulants such as caffeine and theobromine, which can improve brain function. Posted: July 24, 2020 7:18 PM | Update: July 24, 2020 at 7:42 pm

In addition, a read-blood test can predict the risk of serious liver disease, and we know how to keep this organ healthy. The patient mentioned in the hospital record as Xie came to the No. 1 People’s Hospital protesting loss of appetite, fatigue, abdominal pain and diarrhea. According to a hospital report obtained daily from the UK, a 55-year-old boy has been struggling with this condition in the past 4 months. After the test, he was diagnosed with clonorchiasis, an infection caused by a parasite known as the Chinese liver flu. Also, read-women are less likely to die of cirrhosis than men, recognize the symptoms of this disease. During the scan, the doctor saw a pus-filled pouch 19 cm long, 18 cm wide, and 12 cm deep in the left lobe of Xie’s liver. The cyst also grew numerous tumors on the wall. Doctors first drained body fluids from growth and reduced the size to roughly half. However, even if the scan continued after 3 weeks, when there was inflammation and tumors in the liver, there was no choice other than cutting off the diseased part of the organ. When they removed the liver disease section of Xie, it turned out to be stuffed with “numerous” bulb-shaped eggs. Also read-wild mushrooms and 5 other poison foods that can kill you
Doctors wondered about the cause of this parasite infection, recalling eating deliberately undercooked fish delicacies in their hometown. Instead of cooking, the meat was simply rinsed with hot water for a few seconds. In that dish, Xie was believed to have consumed a flat worm cyst, which later hatched from a rat and swam to the liver. The hospital’s nursing was feeding his tissue and living in the bile ducts, the hospital report said. According to the doctor, the Chinese liver flu can show mild to zero symptoms in the early stages. This is why Xie took so long to get medical assistance. Parasites have a high reproductive rate and can produce about 1,400 to 2,000 eggs that can live between 20 and 30 years. In severe cases, flu infection can destroy liver tissue, cirrhosis, and cholecarcinoma, fatal bile duct cancer. As described by the World Health Organization (WHO), the free-swimming Chinese river larva larva known as miraciadia is first ingested by snails and leaves the first host to find freshwater fish. There are some foods that can have a detrimental effect when not eating raw or undercooked foods. This list includes meat and raw eggs, as well as many vegetables. Here are some foods that need to be thoroughly cooked before eating. Potatoes: Eating uncooked potatoes contains starch that resists digestion, which can cause bloating and other gastrointestinal problems. Potatoes with green spots or scratches should not be eaten even after cooking. This green spot contains a toxin called solanine, which can cause food poisoning. Kidney beans: Raw kidney beans contain phytohemagglutinin, a toxin that can cause symptoms similar to food poisoning. Hot Dogs: Do not eat hot dogs right from the package. Packaged hot dogs are pre-cooked, but can be contaminated by Listeria bacteria and can be destroyed by reheating to a safe temperature. Milk: Crude milk or unpasteurized milk contains bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella, which can cause food disease. Sprout: You’ve eaten a lot of sprouts as a healthy food, but experts say alfalfa and radish sprouts may contain harmful bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella and Listeria.

July 17, 2020 by Victor Leave a Comment
