What is really difficult is seeing girls between the ages of eleven and twelve complaining about their bodies and being overweight. This obsession has really gotten out of hand.
If you are on a diet there can be some health issues and the worst part is that after being deprived of food for a long time you will find yourself in a worse situation. If you start to lose control over your eating, you may even become anorexic.
Some people are starting to wonder if there are alternatives to their weight problems that keep going up and down like a yo-yo.
There is an alternative to the “yo-yo” diet, called “self-regulating diet”, often called “anti-diet”.
This approach is very simple, if you are hungry eat and if you are not hungry then do not eat. And when you eat, stop as soon as you feel full. You may find this approach to diet a little odd and if you take it you will gain weight back, but it will start to bring your system back to normal.
If you are looking to lose weight to look like a supermodel, you will be a little disappointed. Studies show that only 1% of the female population can naturally adjust to a model’s height. So, maybe now is the time to come to terms with yourself and accept your body without harming it.
I’m sure you’ll say,
“If I eat my fill, who’s going to stop me from eating junk food all the time?” Well, you might go back to your bad habits, but rest assured, it won’t last too long. Your body will soon start craving healthy, balanced foods.
So, as you may have already guessed, this diet will no longer include “prohibited” foods.
This can be explained by the fact that if there are no “forbidden” foods, you will not deprive yourself of anything and therefore you will eat moderately.
There are times when your body talks to you. So listen to him and give him what he needs. You will lose weight a little more slowly, but the results will last.
