TORONTO – Within minutes of tweeting my Stanley Cup playoff record, I received a message from an OHL head coach.
He said, “We have exactly the same parenthesis, except for (capitals) and (islanders).”
I picked the Capitals to win the six-game series and immediately responded to the manager.
“I can never think of Islanders.
They keep proving me wrong and exceeding expectations, but it always seems like they are more than the sum of their parts and things will eventually come back to earth,” him said. -I write.
