With DC FanDome now underway, DC fans should know the fun won’t stop after today’s big event. IGN and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment wants you to join the cast and directors of Superman: Man of Tomorrow on Sunday August 23 at 2 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. ET, for a special 45-minute panel, broadcast exclusively here on IGN and on our YouTube platform.
And be sure to watch the full panel as WBHE, Warner Bros.
Animation and DC announce their full roster of 2021 DC Universe movies exclusively during the panel!
Superman: Man of Tomorrow, the 41st installment in the DC Universe Movies series, chronicles Clark Kent’s beginnings rather than his origins per se, focusing on the future Man of Steel on his way to finding his superhero identity.
Working as an intern at the Daily Planet, this Kansan (via Krypton) will have to use his as-yet under-mastered powers to take on the cosmic supervillain Parasite and the intergalactic bounty hunter Lobo. Along the way, Clark Kent will meet characters like Lois Lane, Lex Luthor, and the Martian Manhunter on his way to becoming Superman.
Superman: Man of Tomorrow also introduces an entirely new animation style for DC Universe films, a style more akin to traditional comics than the animated film previously used in most of the last 40 films in the franchise. HOROSCOPE: August 23, 2020
Presented by Unbound’s Doom Patrol and Superman:
Matt Bomer, the Superman: Man of Tomorrow panel includes actors Darren Criss (Clark Kent), Brett Dalton (Parasite) and Ike Amadi (Martian Manhunter), as well as screenwriter Tim Sheridan, director Chris Palmer, supervised by producer Butch Lukic.
The vocal ensemble for Superman:
Man of Tomorrow also includes Star Trek and Zachary Quinto from Star Trek as Lex Luthor, San Andreas and Alexandra Daddario from True Detective as Lois Lane, Ryan Hurst (The Walking Dead) in the role of cosmic bounty hunter Lobo, Piotr Michael as Perry White and Neil Flynn and Bellamy Young as Jonathan and Martha Kent, respectively. Cristina Milizia, Eugene Byrd, April Stewart, Cissy Jones and David Chen also starred.
Superman: Man of Tomorrow is available digitally on August 23, and in 4K and Blu-ray combo packs starting September 8.
