(CNN) It took BTS less than eight hours to rack up over 45 million views for their first English single on YouTube.
“Dynamite” is clearly already a hit for the biggest K-pop group in the world.
The disco pop track comes six months after the release of their fourth studio album, “Map of the Soul: 7”.
According to a press release, “BTS sing with joy and confidence, appreciating the little things in life that make life truly precious and special” in the single.
“The song aims to bring a new wave of much-needed ‘energy’ to invigorate the global community in the midst of Covid-19,” the statement said. “Dynamite’s creative collaborators include David Stewart and Jessica Agombar, best known for Jonas Brothers ‘What A Man Gotta Do’ and Hailee Steinfeld’s ‘I Love You’s’.” Golden State killer Joseph DeAngelo

Dynamite” marks the first single sung entirely in English since BTS.
The song’s music video keeps things clear with colorful and bright scenes featuring the Seven Members with retro concept accessories, hairstyles and dresses.
Earlier this month, BTS announced that, subject to reopening in theaters, their film “Break the Silence: The Movie” will hit theaters in more than 70 countries starting September 10.
Other countries, including the United States, will debut in theaters on September 24, according to the site.
BTS will sing “Dynamite” in a debut performance at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards on August 30th.
